Our leadership team is a dedicated group of mission-driven and impact-oriented individuals. We’re passionate about reaching as many working, uninsured residents of our community as possible. Our mission is to open hearts and hands in love and understanding by providing compassionate health care and nurturing the working uninsured in Coffee, Franklin and Moore counties.

Ashley,
Executive Director
Ashley is responsible for facilitating fundraising efforts and ensuring financial stability for the organization. She plays a critical role in outreach to local churches, civic groups, and local businesses, as well as oversees all day-to-day clinic operations. Ashley joined our team in 2025 as Executive Director. She brings years of non-profit and grant experience that will serve her well in this position as she will take charge of grant writing, grant management, and overall clinic operations. She holds a Master of Science from the University of Memphis and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Business. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her five girls!

Faith,
Nurse Practitioner
Faith joined the Partners for Healing team in 2016 as our Nurse Practitioner. After earning her first associate degree from Martin Methodist and attending Auburn for one year, she joined the U.S. Air Force where she served for four years. Following her service, Faith earned her associate degree in nursing from Calhoun Community College in Alabama, followed by her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Martin Methodist before going on to become a Nurse Practitioner in January 2016. When she is not at the office, Faith enjoys spending time on her farm with her husband and son.

Lisa,
Clinical Nurse
Lisa joined the Partners for Healing team in 2008 volunteering as a nurse before becoming a full time part of the team. As an LPN, Lisa provides many aspects of whole patient care including patient education, drawing blood, maintaining and distributing medications, and much more. She attended the Medical University of South Carolina before working as a nurse in Florida and Tennessee. In her free time, Lisa can be found spending time with her wonderful family.

Teresa,
Clinical Nurse
Teresa came to Partners for Healing first as a patient in 2024 before becoming one of our part-time nurses! As an RN, Teresa provides many aspects of whole patient care including patient education, drawing blood, maintaining and distributing medications, and much more. She started her nursing career as an LPN, then returned to Motlow to obtain her RN. She works part time at Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton Hospital in the Emergency Department. Teresa loves spending time with her family in her free time!
Rosemary,
Finance
Rosemary joined the Partners for Healing team n 2023 as our Financial Director after spending over 20 years with the City of Tullahoma holding various jobs from Purchasing to City Recorder. Rosemary originally moved to Tullahoma in 1993 where her first job was with the United Givers Fund, now known as the United Way of Highway 55. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids and has recently started playing pickleball!

Mae,
Receptionist
Mae is responsible for greeting and checking in each patient at Partners for Healing. She manages scheduling and paperwork for the clinic. She has always wanted to work in a medical clinic and is graduating in Dec. 2024 from Liberty University with her associate degree in medical office administration. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, and cooking.
